Mrs. Paulina Sanchez

280 Oakland Drive

Springfield, MO 65807

Dear Mrs. Sanchez:

Thank you for your interest in our newest vehicle, the Honda Pilot. It was a pleasure talking with you and I would love to tell you more about all the safety features this vehicle has to offer in comparison to the many leading utility vehicles.

The Honda Pilot was voted 2013 TOP SAFETY PICK. It is equipped with advanced passive safety features, to assure the safety of the driver and its passengers. The Honda Pilot comes with many airbags throughout the vehicle, to protect all passengers during any type of collision.

This is an economic SUV with the mpg in the city on average with 18 miles per gallon in the city and 25 on the highway. Not only does it have great gas mileage for a small SUV, it also has 87 cubic feet of cargo space, which will be perfect for a large family like yours to bring along strollers and any other large items you may need to carry. If you, as the consumer, can think of any option extra you would be interested in, we can discuss adding additional features to suit you better.

Thanks again for inquiring about the Honda Pilot. I would love to meet with you for a test drive at your earliest convenience. Our office opens as early as 7:00 am and we stay open until 8:00 pm, seven days a week. Please feel free to contact me should you have any further questions or concerns. I look forward to seeing you soon!

Thank you,

John Doe

Mr. Bryce Chapman

Ballwin, MO 63011

Dear Mr. Chapman:

It has been a pleasure to have you as a customer, and Saint Louis County Water Supply looks forward to continuing to provide you with great service. In that respect, we understand that there has been a substantial increase in your water bill over the last few months.

We have done everything within our capabilities to determine if there were any inaccuracies or a fault in the lines to cause an error in the usage amount on your water bill. On November 5, 2013, we sent a technician to your residence to inspect for leaks in the water lines, a water line break, or anything potentially damaged. Unfortunately, we were not able to find any malfunctions within the water lines or the meters. We are sorry to inform you that the bill must be paid in full. Now we can help with setting up a payment plan until the bill is paid off.

We will continue to monitor the situation in the billing periods to come for further drastic increases or decreases in usage. In the event that great fluctuations continue, we will be back out to re-inspect the lines.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance to you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at my direct line above.

Thank you,

John Doe
